Usage

Instructions for Use The product is a reinforcing additive with nanocellulose as the main ingredient, added within the pulp, can form a hydrogen bonding bonding network with pulp fibers, and has a strong bonding polymer to the fibers, hydrogen bonding bonding is the main way to generate the bonding strength of the paper sheet. Its large specific surface area can improve the utilization efficiency of some chemicals. Adding this product can reduce the grinding power (play the role of energy saving) without reducing the strength of the paper, can improve the bonding strength between the layers of the paper, improve the air permeability of the paper, control and reduce the situation of paper surface powder.
Dispersion Methods It can be added directly to the pulper, pulp forming tank, pre-copying tank or its pipeline through vacuum pumping equipment, avoiding adding it too close to other chemicals. It can also be added to the paper machine system after being appropriately diluted 2-10 times with professional shear dilution equipment.
