Usage	Dissolve 4 mg/mL of type IX collagen in an acidic solution (e.g., 0.01-0.05 M acetic acid at pH 3.0-3.3 or 0.15 M citric acid buffer at pH 3.6) with stirring at 4°C overnight. To neutralize the solution, add 10x neutral buffer with 1.5 M NaCl or dialyze the solution with neutral buffer.
