Hydrolyzed oat protein is obtained by controlled enzymatic hydrolysis of oat protein. Oat seeds for topical use have a great moisturizing effect on skin irritation, sebum leakage and different types of itching. Oat flour has long been used in cosmetics, as an ingredient in facial masks and as an additive in soaps to relieve irritation and itching. Other uses of cosmetics include skin and hair conditioning.
