Usage	Collagen is first dissolved in 0.01 mol/L or 0.05 mol/L acetic acid at a concentration of 1-4 mg/mL, and then this collagen solution is added to the desired neutral buffer, such as 2-10X TrisNaCl (NaCl final concentration: 0.15-0.2M) or dialyzed at 4°C with 1X neutral buffer.
