Usage	Dissolve 4 mg/mL of type III collagen in an acidic buffer (e.g., 0.01-0.05 M acetic acid at pH 3.0-3.3 or 0.15 M citric acid buffer at pH 3.6) and mix at 4°C overnight. To neutralize the solution, add 10x neutral buffer containing 1.5 M NaCl by 1/10 volume or dialyze the solution with neutral buffer.
