Description

Amino-functionalized graphene (APTMS-modified) refers to materials obtained by intercalating or surface-modifying graphene with APTMS to introduce amino functional groups onto the graphene surface, where APTMS stands for 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane. This modification confers new properties and functions to graphene. The amino and siloxane groups in the APTMS molecule can react with oxygen groups (such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups) on the graphene surface to form covalent bonds, thereby introducing amino functional groups onto the graphene surface. This modification not only alters the surface properties of graphene but also enhances its ability to interact with other molecules.
