Approximately 98% of phospholipids contain one saturated and one unsaturated chain. As a member of the phospholipid family, it exhibits a typical amphiphilic molecular structure: one end features a nitrogen- or phosphorus-containing hydrophilic group, while the other end possesses a long hydrophobic hydrocarbon chain.
