Usage | Plate Coating: 1. Dilute 4 mg/mL collagen with 50 to 100 μg/mL of 0.02 mol/L HCl. 2. Gently mix the diluted solution. 3. Add the appropriate volume of diluted collagen solution to the wells or plates. Note: Make sure the entire surface is coated. 4. Incubate for 1-2 hours at room temperature or 37°C. 5. Remove all solution. 6. Carefully rinse coated surfaces with medium or PBS. 7. To maintain sterility, store coated wells or plates at 2-8°C or air dry. Three-dimensional (3D) Gel Preparation: 1. Dilute collagen solution with an equal volume of cold sterilized PBS (final concentration 2 mg/mL). 2. Add the appropriate volume of diluted collagen solution to the wells or plates. 3. Incubate at 37°C for 30-60 minutes. 4. The gel can be stored at 2-8°C or dried while maintaining sterility. |
