A microreactor is a microtubular reactor based on continuous flow, and microchannel continuous reaction technology is an advanced method for compound synthesis using microreactors. While traditional reactors are often unsuitable for reactions with fast reaction rates and safety risks (e.g., violent exothermic reactions), the microchannel continuous reaction technology can significantly improve the yield and safety of the reaction process, and realize the continuous and controllable synthesis of compounds. Its microscale channel design ensures efficient heat and mass transfer performance, shortens reaction time, and improves selectivity, thus enhancing reaction rate and yield. In addition, this technology supports precise control of reaction parameters, further reducing the risk of hazardous reactions.
