• Hydroxyapatite is the primary inorganic mineral component of animal and human bones, exhibiting excellent biocompatibility and bioactivity. This product is an artificially synthesized material similar to the primary inorganic components of natural bone. It forms a tight bond with autologous bone, is non-toxic, non-irritating, does not cause allergic reactions, is non-mutagenic, does not cause hemolysis, and does not damage biological tissues. It also forms a strong chemical bond with bone, is easy to shape, and is therefore widely used in bone tissue repair and medical aesthetic plastic surgery fields.

• Hydroxyapatite is composed of hydroxyl and apatite components. Due to the presence of hydroxyl groups capable of forming bonds with human tissues, it exhibits excellent biocompatibility and is widely applied in the field of tissue engineering. The unique apatite structure of hydroxyapatite confers structural stability, strong ion exchange capacity, pH adjustability, and high adsorption capacity. These properties make HAP suitable for loading active components. PO₄³⁻ ions form ionic bonds with positively charged proteins, while Ca²⁺ ions form metal chelation bonds with the free carboxyl groups of negatively charged proteins. The proteins are then purified by elution using a NaCI or phosphate concentration gradient. The strong ion exchange capacity and adsorption ability inherent in the structure of hydroxyapatite enable many transition metal ions, such as Cu, Zn, Ag, and Au, to exchange Ca²⁺ or be loaded onto the HAP surface as catalytic active centers, thereby enabling the preparation of highly dispersed and stable loaded metal catalysts.

• This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-explosive. It should be loaded and unloaded properly during transportation and handled with care.
