Overview

Description AMY-02 is a kind of amylase. Amylase can rapidly and randomly hydrolyze the α-1,4 glycosidic linkages of starch. The viscosity of the starch slurry can be rapidly reduced by the addition of amylase.
Advantages Addition of AMY-02 does not damage the fibres, has an excellent hand feel and a positive colour after denim desizing.
Reduces the amount of chemicals and is environmentally friendly.
It is used under medium temperature conditions, saving energy and causing little damage to the strength of the fabric and garment.
Provides good protection to the base colour of the denim.
Reduces the burden of sewage treatment.
Benefits Ideal for desizing fabrics and garments.
Breaking down starch, starch derivatives and starch/synthetic slurry mixes on fabrics, quickly converting starch into dextrin and reducing viscosity so that it can be easily and completely removed in subsequent washes.
