Description BrdU cell proliferation assay kit is used for cell proliferation detection in cell and tissue sections. BrdU, or 5-bromodeoxyuridine nucleoside, is a thymidine nucleoside (T) analog, and the principle of the assay is that BrdU can be substituted for thymine nucleoside T by competition for incorporation into the DNA synthesis phase (S phase). When cells in vigorous division are doped with BrdU, BrdU-containing cells can be detected by using anti-BrdU antibody and antibody ligase or fluorescein as an indication system, and double-labeling in combination with other cellular markers can be used to determine the type of proliferating cells and their proliferation rate.
