Overview

Description This product is a compound of glucoamylase and pullulanase for the saccharification stage. The efficient combination of glucoamylase and pullulanase can quickly hydrolyze and liquefy starch slurry and convert starch into glucose.
Advantages CF-01 is suitable for the starch sugar industry.
By adding CF-01 in the starch saccharification stage, it is possible to produce almost quantitative amounts of glucose with less back reaction and the DX of the product glucose can exceed 96.5.
In addition, the enzyme has a wide range of pH and temperature adaptability and the application effect can be adjusted to the application conditions.
Benefits This compound glucomylase is suitable for the saccharification stage of liquefied starch.
Glucoamylase can rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,4 glycosidic bond of liquefied starch to produce glucose, and can also slowly hydrolyze the α-1,6 glycosidic bond.
Pullulanas can rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,6 glycosidic bond of liquefied starch to form straight chain dextrins. The conversion of starch to glucose is achieved by the efficient combination of the two.
