Description Cell proliferation assay kit is a substance to detect cell proliferation in cultured cells or animal tissues in vitro. The fluorescent probe in the kit is red fluorescent, with a maximum excitation wavelength of 593 nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 614 nm. When cells in proliferation are labeled, the nucleus of the cells will show bright red fluorescence, and the cell nucleus can be co-labeled by the cytosolic dyes, so that the proliferation of cells can be directly observed by fluorescence microscope, laser confocal microscope and other instruments.
