Description Cell staining solution, ready-to-use is an instant staining product utilizing DAPI, a DNA-stainable cell nuclear staining reagent that releases blue fluorescence with approximately 20-fold enhancement of brightness when embedded in double-stranded DNA. DAPI has a high level of photobleaching tolerance and can be used to detect yeast mitochondrial DNA, chloroplast DNA, viral DNA, and stained DNA.
