• Avanafil (Standard) is the analytical standard for Avanafil, used in research and analytical applications. Avanafil (TA-1790) is a potent and selective phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 5.2 nM for PDE-5, as well as lower IC₅₀ values for other PDE enzymes. It activates the NO/cGMP/PKG signaling pathway to reduce bone mineral density loss, bone atrophy, and oxidative stress. Avanafil inhibits cGMP hydrolysis, thus increasing cGMP levels, and is used in the research of erectile dysfunction and osteoporosis.
