Spisulosine • Spisulosine (ES-285) is a marine-derived antiproliferative (antitumoral) compound that suppresses the growth of prostate cancer cells PC-3 and LNCaP by promoting intracellular ceramide accumulation and activating PKCζ. It also induces apoptosis in these cells and has been investigated for its therapeutic potential.
